Online shopping
Items purchased online can be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags) within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Items purchased at 50% off or more, as well as mattress covers, pillow covers, lingerie, underwear and swimwear (unless the sanitary liner is still in place) are not eligible for returns .
Items under $10 cannot be returned by mail.
Returns by mail: Returns by mail are free. Please fill out this contact form in order to receive a prepaid return label. Be sure to package items securely before dropping them off at a post office.
In-Store Returns: Returns can be made free of charge to any of our three stores. Please bring the original receipt (for online and in-store purchases).
Online: No exchange by mail is possible at this time. To exchange an item, please return it and make a new purchase.
In-store: Exchanges for items purchased online or in-store can be made in one of our three stores, upon presentation of the invoice.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the cost of the merchandise plus applicable taxes to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
1. On the invoice received with your package, indicate the items you wish to return by indicating a reason code.
2. Fill out this contact form in order to receive a prepaid return label.
3. Print the return shipping label and package the items securely with a copy of the invoice (or the original invoice).
4. Drop off the package at a Canada Post office.
In-store purchases
Items purchased in store may be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags) within 30 days of the date of purchase with a valid receipt.
Returns and exchanges can only be made in store, upon presentation of the original invoice.
- Mattress covers and pillow covers
- Lingerie, underwear and swimwear (unless the sanitary liner is still in place)
- Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more
Returns meeting the criteria will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of presenting a valid receipt.
